AI you actually use.
Done with you — not to you.

James Networks is the network — businesses, apps, and ideas that help people and companies put AI and automation to work with a real partner. One home. Many paths. A little steam, a lot of circuitry.

How we work

The James Networks idea

Not a single product company — a network of businesses. Workflow automation, agentic creation, education, community products, apps, and the next experiment on the board. Shared philosophy. Room for each brand to grow on its own.

Do it with you

We don’t drop a chatbot — or a workflow — and disappear. Coaching, pair-building, and hands-on setup so your people leave confident and own the system.

Workflows & agents

Business processes wired end-to-end, plus agents that handle judgment steps with guardrails. Built for real operators and growing teams — not demo theater.

Launch pad

Apps, ventures, and ideas ship from here. James Networks is the map; each line of business gets room to grow on its own domain when it’s ready.

Each node is a real business or product line. More to come — placeholders mark seats we’re filling.

Business Workflow Automation and Agentic Creation

We design and build the systems that run your business processes — and the agents that help operate them. Middleware orchestration, integrations, and agentic workflows created with your team so capacity compounds and tribal knowledge becomes system knowledge.

  • Middleware — orchestration layers; APIs, webhooks, event-driven flows
  • Agentic creation — AI agents with tools, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop
  • Systems we connect — the tools you already run (categories below)
  • Do it with you — pair-build, document, transfer ownership

How we engage

Assess · Sprint · Retain

Process assessments, time-boxed build sprints (flows + agents), and ongoing retainers — from intake and handoffs to enrichment, notifications, and exception handling.

Agents assist judgment. Deterministic logic for access, money, and security.

If it has an API (or can get one), we can usually wire it. Full menu & case studies coming soon.

I play APA. I built the captain tools, the scorekeepers, and the pocket markers I actually use on league night.

Who’s behind it

David James

Thirty years in IT. Founder of James Networks and AI for Missouri. Building business workflow automation, agentic systems, and practical AI education people can actually run with — from Clinton, Missouri outward.

I’m a Christian. Faith shapes how I show up: honest about what AI can and can’t do, humble about the work, and focused on helping people rather than selling hype.

Outside the keyboard you’ll find me on the water — fishing, boating, kayaking — or at the table playing competitive APA billiards. Learning and tinkering never really stop; boredom is a waste of time.
